Vertical saw Head :

Vertical saw Head is supported rigid induction hardened & hard crome plated & ground guide Columns. Blade tensioning is done by Manual/Hydraulically operated cylinders. Auto height sensor optimizes ideal position of blade with least down time.

Saw Feed :

Vertical saw Head up down motion is controlled by one hydraulic cylinder. Feed for various materials is regulated by temperature and pressure compensatede flow control valve. FFC valve is provided to control the cutting pressure required for various types of Material & different tensile strength and BHN.

Clamping :

Clamping of job is done by Hydraulically operated vice jaws. Fixed Vice Jaws are perpendicular to the blade. The moving vice clamps the job with sufficient work pressure. For tube cutting variable vice pressure will be provided as optional accessories.

Floating Vice Jaws :

To accommodate bend back bars. Floating vice jaw arrangement is provided for shuttle vice. This feature comes only in fully Automatic Double Column Model..

Accuracy :

Taper 0.1 mm for 100 mm. Length ± 0.2 mm

Band wheels :

Drive and driven band wheels with optimum centre distance gives smooth blade twisting force which results in excellent performance of blade.

Precise Cut Length Setting :

A convenient digital read out control located at the operators station provide easy selection of precise bar length requirement.The digital read out is calibrated in 0.10mm and can be repositioned without interruption to cutting cycle. Auto head elecation & quick approach.
Raising the blade higher than necessary to clear the work for the next cut waste time.Head elevation is controlled automatically and no longer requiures the operators attention.
A control device that senses the size of the work piece permits the saw head to raise just high enough so that the blade clears the work.This reduces the index cycling time significantly

Nesting Fixture :

Cut piece counte, Index counter :

The cutting piece counter is used to preset the number of cuts require on automatic operation. When the counter reaches the preset number the saw automatically stops.The Index counter rnakes it possible to multiply the no. Of index cycles when pieces longer than 40Ornm required.

Idle wheel motion detector :

This device not only can protect the saw blade frorn damage if the blade overloads during cutting, but also shut off the machine if the blade breaks.

Floating vice jaws :

For un- interrupted cutting cycle Float to rear fix jaw is provided to accommodate slight bend bars without sucking in auto cycle.

Variable Frequency Drive :

Variable frequency drive Facilitates to vary the blade speed infinite variable between 20-100 rneter / minute. LED Band speed tachometer also can fit on control panel to ease of corthol to operator to select the band speed. (This is optional feature).
